BREAKWATER ANNOUNCES RESUMPTION OF FULL PRODUCTION AT BOUCHARD-HEBERT
October 12, 2000 - Breakwater Resources Ltd. ("Breakwater") announces that full production has resumed at the Bouchard-Hébert mine with the reinstallation of the SAG mill. The SAG mill at Bouchard-Hébert was shut down on March 28, 2000 due to mechanical problems and a temporary crushing system was installed in order to maintain production while it was being repaired.
