BREAKWATER REPORTS THIRD QUARTER FINANCIAL AND OPERATING RESULTS
November 20, 2002 - Breakwater Resources Ltd. (“the Company”) reported an unaudited consolidated net loss of $16.9 million ($0.09 per share) for the third quarter ended September 30, 2002 on gross sales revenue of $74.2 million, compared with a consolidated net loss of $92.2 million ($0.77 per share) on gross sales revenue of $87.3 million for the same period in 2001.
